Henley Business School
Project Overview
Henley Business School is one of the longest-established business schools in the UK and among a small, elite group of global business schools that hold triple-accreditations from the UK, Europe and US for the capability of their faculty and impact of their work.
Since 2016, Think has worked in partnership with Henley Business School to support their work with employers including developing and launching their apprenticeship portfolio. Think’s team in Henley works across the business school providing, day-to-day management and leadership including:
setting the five-year strategy
financial planning
supporting the development of programmes
sales and account management with over 300 employers
handling of relationships with external stakeholders
supporting self-assessment, quality improvement and Ofsted inspection
operation of a dedicated project management office
data management
ESFA compliance
As a result of Think’s work, Henley Business School:
is amongst the largest providers of apprenticeships in England
has increased annual revenues by over £10m
has achieved high rates of learner retention and achievement
A key aspect of Think’s approach has been to significantly strengthen the employer focus of the Business School, whilst simultaneously changing operational and programme delivery models to achieve efficiencies and improve employer and learner experience.
What our client said
“Over the years that we have worked with Think they have made a significant contribution to revenue growth, implementation of new business models and developing our focus on employers. Working alongside our teams, Think colleagues support our success: they help us to innovate, drive efficiency and use data effectively to improve our student outcomes. They played a fundamental role in quality improvement, resulting in us being judged as ‘Good’ by Ofsted in 2023.”
